Chicken with Rice is hands down one of the most authentic Singaporean restaurants (run by same folks as Shiok!) I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing outside of Singapore. Run by a family of Singaporeans who have preserved beloved recipes for generations, this gem brings the heart and soul of Singaporean cuisine right to the Bay Area.
The dishes are bursting with bold, complex flavors that transport me straight to Singapore’s hawker centers. Rendang beef and chicken items are really good. Also the coconut rice is amazing. I've literally eaten this for lunch the past 5 days in a row.
