The chicken katsu curry udon was amazing. The curry is so flavorful, with just a nice kick of heat/spice.

The Tonkotsu Chashumen (3pc Chashu) was flavorless and the pork was tough. The Blistered Shishito Peppers were soggy and also lacked flavor. The Bang Shrimp are like small shrimp pieces or nuggets which was disappointing but same issue; soggy and missing flavor.

the portions were nice but this had to be the worse ramen I've ever had. the boiled egg was jus that a reg boiled egg no flavor to it the charshu didn't melt in your mouth. the pork buns were subpar.

The Tonkotsu Chashumen (3pc Chashu) was A+, especially with the addition of spicy paste! The SET A: 3 Hand Roll Set were great, but would have been better if they came with a side of wasabi. The Bang Shrimp was well seasoned, but unfortunately there was no sauce on the shrimp or on the side. The Spicy Tuna Rice Crisps would have been fantastic if it came with jalapeño or serrano. I will order again, but hopefully some of the finer details will be worked out.
