I don't understand the way this store has its order structured. I had ordered the #1 Chi’Lantro B'bimbap and in the description, it says it comes with beef but then when it makes you pick your pritein, there's no beef option so I ended up getting the k'pop chicken on my bowl and fries but that wasn't what I wanted. I had tried calling the store to ask what the best way would be to order the food and there was no answer. I was disappointed not to get the beef but the food was still tasty which is why they still get 4 stars. They lose a star for the difficulty with ordering

The chicken was missing on one of the bowls. The other had barely any chicken. The queso was cold and clumpy and the chips were stale. This wasnt our first time ordering but unfortunately will be the last.

The wrap was very small compared to the bowl but priced the same. Brown rice was very undercooked and crunchy. Bowls are pretty reliable.
