We ordered the "Mushroom Mushroom Swiss Burger* and just after I had bragged about how Chili's made such a "Great Burger!" I ordered it with just extra American cheese, mushrooms, mayo, mustard, and cooked "No Pink" and paid the extra money to have an additional patty added to this burger. When it arrived the container looked as though it had been flipped over and thrown around. The burger was apart and it was then that we noticed and we counted that there were exactly 5 tiny sliced cooked mushrooms, as if they were rationing these mushrooms! Another previous time Chili's sent a free slice of cheesecake saying that they had ran out of mushrooms?!! I guess that foreshadowed what happened tonight! How do you run out of mushrooms? Then next we saw that these burgers were cooked "No Pink" but were dried out and incinerated! Not just well-done, but had black burnt layer on the outside of both burgers! We've ordered from this Chili's many times and there is something to be said when you are paying $60.00 including fees and tip for one burger, a bowl of soup that was cold when delivered, and a desert and two out of the three things you order you cannot get right!

The Brisket Quesadillas was just awful. It was severely overtoasted, with all edges, as well as more, crispy black. I am sure it could be delicious, but the quality assurance person needs to step up their game.

terrible experience. the smokehouse combo did not have any fries and the garlic toast was plain bread, no seasoning. the qesidias were terrible, only few had any meat and filling, rest of them were all empty.

10/10 burger. the barbecue is delicous and the burger is cooked perfect and the brisket is amazing i love this. Also W Jose fr dropping this off to me!!
