Tonight we had the Old Timer Burger with French fries and the Big Smasher Burger™ with French fries, These two burgers were the best burgers we have had in a long time!! The meat was crispy around the edges just the way we like. And French Fries were crispy on the outside but very nicely cooked on the inside. We will definitely be back!!

We've ordered this exact order multiple times from the same restaurant and normally it's above and beyond but we were truly disappointed with this order. Everything was cold and there was less of everything than ever before. We actually ordered 2 extra sides of fries (one item came with fries) and normally can't finish them but this time we barely had enough. The ticket attached had a handwritten side note that said the sides were combined in one container which would've been fine had there been enough. Fries also had way to much salt on them and the BB wings were only partially covered in sauce. I know it sounds silly but this was our anniversary dinner and takeout isn't cheap nowadays so this was very disappointing. Side note: Usually our orders come in paper bags and are sealed with a large Chili's sticker but this order came in a plastic bag with no sticker. That might've contributed to the food being cold (not sure) but we prefer the sealed option mainly for safety concerns.

I have had the Cajun chicken pasta before and it has been really good at the restaurant but today it was not. The dish had very little chicken in it and what chicken it did have was very dry. I ordered a bowl of soup also, what came was little more than 8oz. I wouldn't order that again it's not worth the money. I also didn't get my garlic bread that I paid for. Chili's, I know you can do a lot better than this.

soup was good, ordered 16 wings received 9. after spending 10 minutes on hold the managers remedy was that I bring the order in to the cook so he could make up the difference. kinda defeats the purpose of ordering. whatever happened to customer service

Food was fine but felt like they could've added more cheese curds especially if i'm paying nearly $10 for them and i only got about 13 little ones. otherwise great fast service thank you
