Classic Sirloin* - 10oz is consistently good. The Surf & Turf Ribeye*was cooked perfectly medium rare and was flavorful. Chili's was a pleasant surprise.

They are not properly sealing the bags for delivery !! Even the drinks are not sealed like Wingstop ,Starbucks or mcdonalds !!

Chili's is usually great but tonight the Classic Sirloin* - 6oz was overcooked and dried out. The Big Mouth® Bites had almost no cheese.

the food is always great but every time I order alcohol, they are weak and it's like you don't taste any alcohol at all. you'll see the difference when you drink there at the bar compared to delivery. don't waste your money

I’ve ordered from this place twice before, and the food was always great. However, this time, my order arrived in terrible condition. The chicken looked poorly prepared—some pieces were broken apart, oddly shaped, and didn’t seem fully coated. A few even looked questionable in texture, which made me hesitant to eat them. This was definitely not the fresh, crispy chicken I was expecting. I don’t know what went wrong this time, but based on my past experiences, I hope this was just a one-off mistake. Really disappointing considering I used to enjoy their food.
