The food was perfectly cooked. And the drinks are simply to die for. Honestly, the Blackberry Iced Tea and the Strawberry Lemonade are the only drinks my husband and I get from here. The food is always thoroughly done and meets our expectations everytime.

The meal was okay but the ribs were so hard and dry I couldn't eat it. Every bite was chewy. The corn was burnt a bit on the top. They also did not honor my dipping sauce or utensils request. I got zero of both. Not sure if Chili's policy but they aren't like other restaurants that secure the food crate with a sticker or staples for peace of mind that your food was not open.

My Chili's Philly was mostly peppers. There was barely any steak. Chilis should consider a better packing procedure, as the cheese and peppers spilled out and were floating in the container; not between the bread. Also, napkins and/or condiments were not provided.

I will never order from chilis again. I spent over $100 on this order and it was horrible. My order was 3 Side House Salad, White Skillet Queso, loaded mashed potatoes, side of Mac and cheese, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and Bacon Rancher Burger*. The side salads consisted on a thin layer of brown, watery shredded lettuce conferring the bottom of a tiny plastic container with a handful of toppings thrown on top which costs almost $8 each, absolutely ridiculous, it looked so unappetizing I didn't even want to eat them. The white queso was definitely something poured out of a can and they didn't send the salsa that the description says it came with. The macaroni and cheese being was no joke about two tablespoons of food. The loaded mashed potatoes had zero flavor. The quesadillas were good and the burger was tasty. The fries that came with the burger were legit cold and chewy, so chewy in fact, I could not even eat them because they had the consistency of cold, dried clay. To say im disappointed would be an understatement. I will never spend my hard earned money at that establishment again. Add I used to love Chili's!

the packing is mostly good except my big mouth bites were squished and the cheese sticks which were given to me by mistake instead of what I ordered, we're not hot so they didn't have the same taste and feel as a fresh one. bummer.
