• DoorDash orderDasher was great! My order was incorrect. I wish this place was more consistent. I loved them at first, but now it's 50/50 when it comes to my orders.

• DoorDash orderThe Sorbet tasted like shaved ice and had very little flavor. The real berries in it were the only favoring and the ice cream had a greasy texture.

Single worst DoorDash experience I've had. They know they sell frozen items, but do not have containers for frozen foods like all other ice cream places do. So everything was like soup, though we live only 10min away. it was like it was made well in advance and just left out on the counter until the Dasher arrived. As you pick up a pint to take it out of the bag, the ice cream soup bubbles out of the pint, making a huge mess of the counters.
To make matters worse, we ordered three make-your-own pints. Each pint was missing at least one item; one of them was missing three items. The stickers on the outside listed each of the ingredients, but whomever made the pints just decided to leave them out. I wouldn't buy anything from this store unless you are standing over them and reminding them to make sure they follow the order as given to them / printed on the ticked.
