The *BEST* fried rice west of the Rockies!! I'm from Chicago and west coast Chinese food is... different. Chin's is literally the first place I've been to on the west coast in 13 years that does fried rice like back home

Pan Fried Noodles were really off and inconsistent in texture
Crab Cheese Puffs were tasty, but practically empty

Szechuan Beef not like ive ever had. Usually its deep-fried. Not much meat in dish. Mostly mushrooms and cabbage.
Kung Pao Chicken Usually has peanuts. This one has peas and carrots.
Moo Goo Gao Pan This dish usually has broccoli and water chestnuts. Not much chicken in dish.
Food kind of bland.

The BBQ was not what I have had before. Super dry and I think was old. Also I think it was microwaved. Everything else was fine. I spent a lot of money and the Sliced Chinese BBQ Pork was not good.

Orange Beef was amazing! The egg drop soup reminds me just like the one my mom would make me when sick.
Chow mein was subpar. Very flavorless but nothing a little soy sauce wouldn't fix. I prefer the chow fun anyways but decided to get something different.
Food was hot and sauce was spilled. But the cardboard they put in it soaked most of the mess up, thankfully.
