For me, it's hard to say many positive things about Chinese Restaurants because a lot of them seem to follow the same recipes or have similar quality, but I can say for sure that China 99's 35. Singapore Mei Fun felt as if it was a higher quality than most other restaurants as it didn't feel as oily as most other restaurants and the curry seasoning/sauce didn't overpower the dish and allowed for the other flavors from the shrimp and pork to shine through with the rest of the dish. The 111. 陈皮鸡 / Orange Chicken was a nice treat as well. the chicken beneath the sauce still maintained a nice crispy texture when you bit into them which is nice as most other places have soggy chicken where it just falls apart the moment you stab a fork in them. All in all, I'll definitely consider ordering from China 99 again if I ever get a craving for some Chinese Food.

I ordered chicken wings with garlic sauce and fried rice and an order of crab Rangoon. The Rice and chicken were both undercooked. The crab ragoons tasted good but that's it. The location on university Blvd west is tastes so much better.

the chicken and mixed vegetables was great. Seasoned well and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. the egg rolls were great as well. The wonton soup however was FAR too salty and the wontons overcooked to the point they completely fell apart when spooned up and had a strange chemical taste to them . The main course saved my opinion because the wonton soup truly was terrible.
