Nah man, idk what it was but the 4. B.B.Q. Pork Fried Rice had this off odor, like if they left the pork out too long or smth. Same thing with the 1. Chow Mein . Nah

I love China Star. I have tried many Chinese restaurants in Santa Rosa and China Star is my favorite. I order the chop suey with white meat chicken, and other special instructions which are always met. I usually order through doordash and the food always arrives piping hot.

The Tomato Beef, the B.B.Q. Pork Egg Foo Young, and the House Special Fried Rice were all tasty, if a bit under seasoned, and the portions generous. The Pork Bun (4 Pcs.) were just OK, but the Pot Stickers (6 Pcs.) are some of the best in town -- thin-skinned and full of flavor!
