I love China Star. I have tried many Chinese restaurants in Santa Rosa and China Star is my favorite. I order the chop suey with white meat chicken, and other special instructions which are always met. I usually order through doordash and the food always arrives piping hot.

The Tomato Beef, the B.B.Q. Pork Egg Foo Young, and the House Special Fried Rice were all tasty, if a bit under seasoned, and the portions generous. The Pork Bun (4 Pcs.) were just OK, but the Pot Stickers (6 Pcs.) are some of the best in town -- thin-skinned and full of flavor!

Mu shu pork was amazing !!!! Chow mien with rice noodles was delicious and bbq pork was bomb. Will order again and forever!!! New favorite Chinese restaurant!

The Pot Stickers were amazing!! The Chow Mein and General Chicken were both sweet, which was not what I expected from either. They tasted fine for eating , just not quite right for what I ordered. They did however provide the items that I requested such as hot mustard and chopsticks which I really appreciated.
