The chow mein this place makes are actually what is known as "pan-fried noodles" or "Cantonese-style chow mein." This is a very real style, but obviously not what people are looking for.
Given this is a virtual brand, the images don't really showcase what the food is like (like most virtual brands).
As for the food itself, the noodles were a little undercooked and quite salty, but for those who claim this isn't "real Chinese food," this very much is real.
For the price point I would say it's good value, but be prepared for the food to be on the salty side.
