The BEST meal ive ever had they literally put just the right amount of every single topping and I am just shocked by how great it tastes wow thank God for the amazing employee

Food is ALWAYS cold. Guacamole was brown meaning it was old. The packaging they use is very bad - once you take the lid off it can never be resealed.
Chipotle was once a good brand when I first had it in Tucson, Arizona , but over the years it has gone downhill, at least here on Long Island in the Commack store.

I have never been more disapointed. Quesadilla had next to no cheese, and what little steak there was, was overcooked, dry, and so over seasoned that I couldn't eat it! Also no sour cream.
Three Tacos When I opened the container It looked like I had ordered a salad. A huge pile of lettuce across the top hiding all 3 tacos. I had to dig past the huge amount of lettuce to find any of the 3 tacos. Again what little steak was in them was also over cooked, very dry and so over seasoned. I have ordered both of these items many times before and there was a very clear difference in the amount of steak in each and then dry over cooked, and way over seasoned. Just an expensive disappointment.

They had trouble finding the bag and asked if I was at the right location. They found the bag a few minutes later. A more organized pickup system would have been helpful.
