I'm a person who regularly buys from Chipotle. A burrito and a bowl always together. I have come to notice the amount of meat (chicken, steak etc) that they put in both of these dishes. Unfortunately, it has been significantly dropping and is at a point where there is barely like 2 teaspoons of meat. Taste wise both are great but for the price I have not felt worthy to buy the burrito and bowl from Chipotle.

Chips were very stale and could not be eaten. Seems like this has been an issue with Chipotle for a while now and it would be nice if this could be looked into as my money is wasted each time this happens.

i usually like the quesadilla but when i got it half was amazing and the other half had undercooked and chewy steak as well as liquid cheese that made the tortilla soggy.

Usually it's great but tonight it was not. I even checked to see what time they close to see if I got 'end of the night screw you for ordering' food. I ordered around 7pm and tonight they don't close til 10pm. Chips were stale salsas were old, as well as the meat. If I didn't door dash it would have gone back.

Ordered two burritos, chips and queso blanco. The chips and cheese are great per usual. The doordasher followed instructions. The issue here comes in when they gave me bowls and wrapped the tortillas in tinfoil, instead of BURRITOS. I do understand it's the same price, same amount of food but if I wanted a bowl I would have simply ordered a bowl. Along with that their customer support is not the best. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
