Used to be a favorite. Not so much this time. Two different tacos, chipotle chicken and beef, chips and queso dip. Tacos arrived almost cold, very sparsely filled, and soggy. I live close by and order at off times which usually works well. Plus the fillings were scant. I avoid rice, just filler, but beans were almost non existent in one taco, could barely detect fajita veggies in the other taco, seemed to be entirely missing, no cheese, or if there was some, undistinguishable. Ordered one taco with lettuce, big mistake. Seems like they used lettuce to fill up the taco to make it look bigger and more filled. I want to taste the protein and beans and veggies. I don't get a lot of toppings, as just want enough of the basics and salsa. I guess since the lettuce made the one taco look more filled, they were happy to leave off most of the beef, beans, veggies and cheese. Didn't really fool me, there was so little of substance there. Beef was rather scant, but I could tell there was some. Chicken had just about enough, but still hardly any beans. Beans are cheap, what gives? I feel like I got cheated and had even noticed before now that things had become more skimpy or some things missing altogether. Your food is tasty, just not plentiful enough. Chips and queso were warm, but the chips very hard, almost too thick and too hard to even finish them. I ran out of queso, guess I should also have ordered guac (but that would have made my lunch even pricier). I'll be back but not for a while, and if this keeps up, I guess I'll just give up. Too bad, you're not living up to your reputation and the way things used to be -- for instance, bowls were very filled, not so much lately.
