I love chipotle but this store always had a problem. My chips are stale most of the time and when I order for pick up, half the time my order is missing something. Today it was veggies.

Kid's Build Your Own was brought with a single dry and very stale "soft tortilla", minimal portions on the burrito bowl as well. Wont be getting this delivered again.

Food was cold , steak was bland , no cheese even tho I ordered it veggies were raw and not cooked at all, lettuce looked as if it were forgotten and thrown on top , I understand its lunch time but I took two bites and have to throwaway my 20$ bowl because yall were rushing.

I order the Burrito Bowl, and it was good at first, but once the carnitas was gone, the food was depressingly bland. This isn't usual, I always get this specific meal and it's always delicious. Not sure what happed this time.
