I've never ordered their quesadilla's before, and they were excellent! The steak wasn't dry, I received plenty of guac/salsa/side ingredients, and the meal was still warm when it arrived. Thank you!

Ingredients missing and the Burrito was half the size it should have been (even smaller, dare I say)! I ate in this specific location multiple times but this was my first time getting delivery, really disappointed. Didn't get full from that tiny burrito and I was looking forward to it all day!

Chipotle is amazing but the one in pittsfield is so garbage. I ordered a burrito twice with almost everything and only got a small portion of rice and beans. Idk how this place is still open but stay far away from it. Every other chipotle in mass i been to does a good job but this one is a joke

Horrible service here this is the 5 th time I ordered from here and they do what they want! I asked for chipotle vinaigrette and they instead refused to give it to me for the 5 consecutive time and gave me extra sour cream and the wrong meat portions im tired of ordering a meal from here and it's completely messed up NEVER AGAIN
