Burrito, brown rice is either uncooked or old; it's way dried and harden. Salad Burrito Bowl, more than 3/4 of the bowl were tomatoes salsa and fajitas. Barely any lettuce, it's supposed to be a salad bowl for a reason.

Laughable. Ordered steak bowl online and received a scoop of steak with chips. Absolutely nothing but several chunks of meat. Walked into the store and spoke with the manager who admitted she made the "bowl." No apology, no empathy and blamed me for not being more specific even though i ordered the same thing the night before. No resolution. This will go down as the "worst" customer experience in my life.

the burrito bowl was only half full,compared to when ordered in person... no salsa or rice, barely any meat. minimal chips with the extra sides. not at all worth the money.

My Burrito Bowl was delicious as usual but they're getting a bit skimpy on the chips.
