It's usually pretty good but this time the tortilla was dry, hard , stale and falling apart. The meat, cheese and the rest of the fillings inside my burrito were cold. I paid extra for extra chicken and there is barely any chicken in it at all, much less the extra I ordered. This is the second time in a week this has happened. I order often and this time I am very disappointed

The food was fantastic!!! Not really spicy but just enough of flavor. And they gave big pieces of steak which I never found any where else.

Paid for extra pork, yet there is almost no meat at all. I truly hope that I got the wrong order
I love their food, although the inconsistency seems to be getting worse. On the positive side it is always fresh. Sadly with a deliver you never know what youre going to get.

Ordered 3 carnitas soft tacos and the rice and any toppings I ordered were so scarce. Hardly anything in the soft shells. Plus there were utensils in the bag even though it has napkins and utensils listed on the bag ticket.

Last night, I ordered 2 burrito bowls, 1 chicken and 1 steak, both with extra proteins, and a large Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. I didn't get to either of the Burrito Bowls last night, but the chips were bland, and the queso, which has previously been creamy, was grainy. I opened the steak Burrito Bowl that was supposed to have extra steak tonight, and there's barely any steak! it's mostly rice!
