The rice in my burrito wasn't fully cooked and the cup of quacamole was barely half a cup. Very disappointing meal when you don't receive a complete item or a properly prepared item.

They tend to give too much of the wet ingredients (would love more rice/less sour cream and hot sauce in my bowls) but they've improved a lot

I wish the Burrito Bowl had a bit more sour cream and actually had even rice and chicken it'd be 10x better other than that it was great!

awful customer service and communication. waited at the pickup window for probably 20 minutes when i was the only car in line. they forgot my chips so i had to go back. waited behind a car for another 10 minutes and then they told me they were out of chips. Couldve said that the first time, but nope, they didn't even say "hi" or anything. mind you there were 3-4 workers and only 2 customers inside.
