The rice was under done and crunchy, they were out of lettuce and fajita veggies with over an hour worth of hours of operation left, they left the guacamole off of both of our dishes (salad and a burrito bowl), and the chicken was burnt. We rarely splurge for chipotle and it was beyond disappointing.

Reuested hot spicy salsa not mild, and did not ask for lettuce, very little cheese, no corn, no fajita veggies, totally messed up bowl and its very little quantity based in previous orders

Barely anything in this bowl, I've always gotten it full. Four pieces of steak really. For the price I paid. This is ridiculous. Would not order again. Very upset customer

Only issue was that the wrong salsa was put in my bowl, but it was the same salsa as my husbands so I understand the possible mixup! Still tasty nonetheless!
