You guys need to check the quality of your food. My rice was super hard and grainy. The sour cream smelt out dated like it's been sitting out. This was just all around a mess. Defintley the WORST chipotle I ever had

Bag was soaked on the bottom from one of the bowls being thrown in sideways. The other bowl just looked absolutely gross the way they slipped the sour cream and queso all over the top. You couldn't see anything else in the bowl and I wish I had taken a picture to attach. I've ordered from her plenty of times via DoorDash and never experienced this before!

Perfect as always we order from this store 3 or more times a week and we have never had problems . We hope the owners read this because we want them to know that you have some of the most polite and sweet workers like I said we eat here a lot it doesn't matter if we come in or order from door dash you have choose some amazing workers .
