This location has the worst tasting food of any Chipotle I've been to. Today my chicken burrito was super soggy and tasted like green chili even though no green chili was requested. My chips were stale, like always from this location at Redwood Shores. I'll visit the San Carlos location going forward. I only came here because I work nearby. I also ordered an Apple Juice and selected "refund" if not available. I had a lemonade in my bag at pick up. When I asked to just grab an izze drink instead, the woman at the counter deferred to a guy at the other side of the restaurant who said I could swap the drink.

The chips were stale, literally taste like they been sitting open all day. So did my chicken on my bowl, tats like they just reused chicken from the past day. This is re upsetting because I'v been at work since 7 am and won't get off until 6pm and this was the only time I had to eat an ac meal. Very disappointed chipotle, I usually have a 10/10 experience

Delicious Lunch Salad.! Chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection.! lettuce tasted fresh and crunchy
San Pellegrino Sparkling was perfectly Cold. I got Tortilla on the Side but my Salad was so good I had forgotten about it.! 10/10 chicken Salad bowl. 😉

Consistent quality issues with this store. For this order, chips were very stale and the fruit included with the kid's meal was spoiled/rotten. Doordash did not issue a partial refund, which is disappointing.

since they don't make it in front of you, when the order is for doordash this is what happens. what kind of amount of cheese is that? and there is almost no sour cream plus a bunch of empty space. Sad ah bowl
