Poor backing with 3 bottles of soda on top of the bowls... by the time the bowls arrive they are crushed and dripping. This is a common occurrence on multiple occasions. The food is typically pretty delicious although this time there was gristle in the steak. Portions are always plentiful.

I was extremely happy. My burrito bowl was made with love; nice proportions, layered perfectly and delicious. Many thanks to the sweet soul who put their heart into this meal. It's been a tough week but dinner tonight was great

Portions from this store are always very small compared to other locations. Burrito Bowl came half empty again compared to typical Chipotle portions everyone is used to.

The food was COLD! It was not made properly. We paid a lot of money for extra meat, we did not get it. It barely had any beans on it. It was just terrible. Then I realized it came from the Cottle Road store. HORRIBLE store! When I was there in person, they were out of things. There were flies. We walked out. UGH! Can you imagine eating cold food that may be contaminated from flies??? Almaden store is WAY BETTER! Stay outta Cottle Rd.!
