Rice was old and dry, stuck together, in both items. Also had white rice and brown rice when we both only ordered brown rice.
My bowl had something in it that made it so spicy I could only eat like 1/4 of it. (The bottom layer of it was almost a solid block of rice.)
And the chips were so salty I threw them away.
Literally the worst chipotle ever.

Very little amount of food, less than half of the Burrito Bowl. Quality and flavor are flawless, but serving is extremely disappointing.

Paid for extra chicken and there was not even enough chicken in the bowl for the regular order. More clumped rice and beans than anything & barely a sprinkle of cheese. That is why you have to order in the store from here to make sure they are putting adequate amounts of item in it.

Payed for double sofritas. Got about half a spoonful. Should have known better than to order chipotle online. Hothead is where it's at. They don't skimp portions you pay for.
