I always see these bad reviews and get nervous but any time I have ordered from this store it has been perfect. My salad I just ordered was overflowing, my only complaint is I wish I had more lettuce to balance everything else out! But everything is delicious. Thank you for taking care of my order

Barely had proper portions of rice, poor proportions of chicken, was drowned in sour cream . Barely had anything in my Burrito Bowl other than sour cream. Bowl was upside down in the bag. No utensils no napkins.

Order was actually right for once! Burrito was very full and had plenty of chicken & beans which is great since I only get those, rice & salsa since I can't have dairy. Only problem was the rice seemed undercooked or had dried out and was unpleasantly crunchy throughout it.

I payed $5 for extra carnitas and was very disapointed to not only not receive extra but to not get a regular amount of fresh tomato salsa either. My first time being disappointed by chioptle and ordering from this location as well.
