I paid for double steak and didnt even get one normal portion. I got charged $30 for a kids bowl placed in a large bowl with NO extra steak that was $6 more.

Just be aware it's hit or miss with portions. My $10 bowl today is not even halfway full and is basically empty.

Ordered online and waited an extra 30 mins before going to pickup. When arrived food still wasnt prepared. Workers started when I arrived. Every serving was tiny , had to ask for more lettuce , barely had any meat. Nothing but rice and cheese.

Salads did not have lettuce. Other orders were missing lettuce and cheese. Brown rice was not really eatable, it was so crunchy and old. Portions were very small, it was almost like they were just out of food and didn't have enough to complete the order ... I eat at Chipotle often and typically love it, but this order was not great.
