Chipotle on DoorDash never disappoints! My food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. I love how easy it is to customize my burrito bowl with all my favorite ingredients, and they never skimp on portions. The guacamole was fresh, the veggies were grilled to perfection, and the chicken was flavorful and tender.
The packaging was also impressive. Despite having a lot of ingredients in one bowl, nothing leaked or got soggy. Everything was well sealed and intact when it arrived. The chips and salsa were still crisp, and the salsa had just the right kick.
Delivery was smooth, and the driver followed my instructions perfectly for contactless delivery. My order even arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.

Our large guacamole came half empty - not even a small size serving. Also ordered large chips and it was also smaller than the side bag of chips. Honestly ridiculous on how skimpy the chips and guacamole are for $10.

The food I received from this store was TRASH!! The rice in my Burrito Bowl was dry and crunchy, the cheese was as well, the pork was like sawdust. Everything was horrible!! They completely left off the salsa and fajita vegetables. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this store. Someone needs to be taken off the schedule. They don't care about the quality of product they are bagging up and sending out. Will never order from here again!! Better off ordering from Taco Bell!!

Wow. That was incredibly bad. I just paid over $16 for a few small pieces of gristle. Sad that the quality keeps going in one direction. I guess its my fault for door dashing something thats clearly intended to be prepared in front of your eyes. Never again.
