Corn salsa was frozen, and my double steak was barely a single order... barely a scoop of rice as well. I felt like I paid $19 for half a meal. Extremely disappointed as we dont seem to have this issue in person.

A burrito with two cups of rice, and a tablespoon of every other ingredient. Even the chips are bad - slightly stale, no salty zelt. Chipotle, I'm done with you.

I had this door dashed with no problems in the past. This time my bowl came with barely any rice and beans. Half the bowl was empty with only toppings. I feel kind of ripped off my money. Maybe someone was having a bad day and didnt care. Hopefully, next time this doesn't occur.

Both burritos were made to order and were very good. The chips that came with my side of guac were meh. Half of the bag tasted fresh, and the other half of the bag was incredibly stale, as if they were a few days old.

They always drown the bowl in sour cream, it must be at least 4 scoops and it's always so runny. I think they don't like me or something.
