Burrito bowl was filled to the abso brim. It was great. Chips were stale but queso was hot.

My chicken bowl had hard, overcooked chicken. They gave me black beans when I ordered pinto. I hate black beans! I requested a side of extra cheese and a side of hot salsa. They didn't give it to me. The rice was bland and wet. Cooked with too much water and not seasoned. WORST chipotle location!

I am not sure what is going on at this Chipotle. It used to be great, but over the last few months it has gone downhill. They are always running out of product. The portions are smaller, and they over cooking their meat. The chicken in my Burrito Bowl was burnt to the point of being tough, stringy and inedible. I couldn't chew it it was so tough. There was no fresh tomato salsa and the bowl was only half filled. I haven't complained before because every restaurant has a rough spell. However, this unit has gone downhill to the point that I will start ordering from somewhere else.
