The chips were basically inedible, it was like chewing oily plastic. I didn't get any salsa and the queso had a hunk of chicken in it (I'm vegetarian, so that was gross to me). The bowl was like half full or so, definitely not nearly $12 worth. This was an unpleasant experience.

The chips were burnt and not fresh Idont know what the hell that cheese sauce was. The rice was undercooked and dry and they barely filled up the bowl the chicken wasnt bad but it was too spicy and not sweet at all! Next time im craving chicken and rice I'll try something different!!!

After coming back from a work travel trip with a bad Chipotle there, it was so nice to have a Burrito Bowl that was made the way i asked. I asked for double honey chicken and Side of Guacamole , and it was delivered. It was pretty simple, but it meant so much to me. It's so nice coming home and having a hot meal. I've never had issues at this location.

Everytime I order from this place my food is never sealed. It always looks sus and as if someone has already opened it. They dont even go throughthe process of closing the bag.
They also advertise their juices as large bottles and instead give you a juicebox.. for $5.
10/10 worst location in the area

The Springboro Store is about 5 times better this store continually turns out food that's about as sub par as it gets, stale chips and Burrito with about half as much meat as it should have. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this is the 3rd time this store has sent really low quality food to me. I can only assume the staff don't care about the quality of the product that heads out the doors. It's a real shame because I love chipotle usually but this Austin Landing store just lets me down time and time again.
