There were no napkins or utensils and I had ordered "no rice" and there was rice. That said, the bowl was really good and I sort of worked around the rice.

The Chicken Burrito Bowl entree was fresh, tasty, and at the perfect temperature. The Chipotle staff prepared and completed my order quickly and accurately, and the staff was courteous and friendly. Thank you much for your wonderful service, and I'll be back again.
