There was a delay at the store, and it was cold when I got it, but it's also lunch time on a Sunday and I have a microwave.

The rice was not fully cooked, some of the pinto beans were cold inside and hard on the outside, some of the Bell peppers in the fajita veggies were not cooked at all. The meat was fine at least though.
