The portions were tiny. Last week when I went to chipotle everything a good size. This time when ordered delivery everything was super tiny - like comically. Tacos had like two pieces of chicken. Burrito had more tortilla than ingredients.

Theres not enough queso for the amount of chips you get. And the queso and chips felt like they needed more salt. But us im really happy with the chips and Chips & Queso Blanco, so this was a one off.

Tortilla was rock hard and falling apart. Barbacoa was half fat pieces. They also were out of salad dressing . For a $20 meal, they need to step it up.

They forgot my dressing for the salad which makes the bowl taste completely bland. Didn't even get to eat my chips and guac because the chips were stale.
Customer service thought $4 credit would suffice for my $25 meal.

This is my 4th less than satisfactory experience. Chips are burned, and the chip bag itself is soaked in oil. No napkins or plasticware--this is FOOD in a BOWL. Barely any lettuce, chicken is all fatty, basically inedible. Everything was just a mess. I understand things happen, can't always be perfect, but come on! All you have to do is PRETEND to care! Won't be ordering again.
