I’m honestly amazed at how consistently disappointing this location is. I ordered a Chipotle bowl, and the proportions of sour cream and hot salsa were completely off—making the whole thing a mess. The guacamole was just bad, bland and clearly not fresh.
I’ve had poor in-store experiences here before, so the moment I realized I had accidentally ordered from this location instead of the Automall one, I knew I was in for another letdown. Really hope this store improves its quality and attention to detail.

The Burrito Bowl was very good, except I ordered a chicken bowl and it had plenty of the rice and veggies I added except there was very little chicken, which was disappointing for the price you pay to have it added on.

The Guac use was so salty that it had to be taken off even then it was hard to eat because the left over you couldn't get it all off. The amount of food that was in the bowl felt like a joke ive never gotten so little ever going to chipotle. Also the chips we got were also so salt we couldn't eat it

I don't really understand why if you order online they don't put any meat on it. Is rice so insignificant that you can really manage to fill 3/4 of the entire bowl with it? You would've thought paying over 20 dollars for a bowl they'd make it better than if you got it at the store but no.

Thank you so much to whoever made my Burrito today. Usually when I order from here, I end up getting a very small burrito as opposed to when I order in person. To be fair, I usually get most the ingredients so I understand they want to make it smaller to wrap it easy but it's also frustrating from a customer perspective. Today it was just like I ordered in the store so thank you so much again for making my meal filling! 10/10
