• DoorDash orderThis is the second time I've ordered from here and my carnitas were dried out and hard. I ordered a double portion and don't think I got it because the portion was small. My boyfriend's steak was tough and chewy. Very disappointed in the quality and it was not worth $70.

• DoorDash orderChipotle made an effort to make sure their Burrito Bowl are served full size. But whoever made my order, did not get the memo. It was half full.
Also, the Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa were SO salty, I needed 2 bottles of water just to eat half the bag.

• DoorDash orderI paid for double meat, and it seemed like they skimped because only half the bowl actually had chicken. The portions are not what they used to be, but the price has risen like they kept them the same.

• DoorDash reviewI ordered a steak burrito from the Alamo Ranch location in San Antonio. This was my first-time ordering Chipotle and this will also be my last. The burrito is almost the size of my hand palm. When I called to speak with the manager, he said that it was my fault for only ordering steak, and that is why it is so tiny. He explained that because it is only one ingredient, that this is why it is so small. Because I spent $12 on this micro-burrito, I decided to still eat it and was also disappointed with the food in general. I am absolutely not one to complain, but I feel robbed and disgusted with both the food and the service at Chipotle Alamo Ranch.

• DoorDash orderThe Burrito was over priced for its size and arrived cold . No napkins or silverware was put in bag for salad and rest of meal. Called restaurant and Chris did not offer an appropriate solution.
