Mobile orders they barely put any food in the bowl compared to in person. Paid 20 bucks for 1/4 of a bowl

I thought whoever prepared my burrito made a veggie burrito by mistake. I did notice about a teaspoon of chicken at the bottom of the burrito. Last time I order from chipotle

Ordered 5/21/23. Got a salad bowl and a regular bowl. Salad bowl had little to no lettuce on the bottom, and can't make a special request to add more vinaigrette. The burrito bowl was abysmal. The rice was old and stuck together and crunchy (same with the salad), I got hardly any chicken, and ordered queso for $2.50 extra and could hardly find it in my bowl.
Unbelievable considering after the fees and tip on this app it was $43. Do not door dash from this place.

The guac had turned black, the bowl contents that should be warm (beans, rice, and protein) were all ice cold, and the queso was coagulated/thick. I will not order from this Chipotle again as its far too hit or miss.

Pretty good like most any chipotle, the portions are nice and huge :). Love it with some extra protein
