I never understand the negative reviews from this location. They always give me big portions, the guac is always fresh and the meat is always cooked well. Occasionally you get stale chips but that is at every chipotle location.

My son's burrito was not made correctly. I think they just made both of them the same instead of reading the requested ingredients.
The guacamole also seems old, brown and not right.
I don't order from the Livermore store often, because there is always issues with it. Every other Chipotle seems to have much higher standards. I have never had bad experiences at other Chipotles, and we always do at this one.
I was also charged for guacamole on my son's burrito, that he did not get.

Burrito Bowls were sparce compared to the amount of meat and ithe topp you get when you go into the restaurant. They skimp on the chicken, rice beans, cheese and guacamole which you pay extra for. Maybe they do thatwith DD orders?

This was a terrible burrito for Chipotle, very small amount of chicken , overwhelming amount of rice in a huge blob, no cheese or sour cream, truly one of the worst burritos ive ever had from Chipotle

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I'm not taking away credibility but I almost didn't order because of how bad they were. My food came quickly, was fresh, and had PLENTY of meat (I ordered extra). I think it is important to realize that a pound of chicken at the store easily costs 6-7 for non-organic. With that said I can see why they may not put a ton of meat in a bowl that costs $11. Just my opinion.
