My most terrible chipotle experience ever! They sent old guac and had full pieces of avocado skin in the bowl. Sent salads with no dressing and the lettuce was old.

Chips/ Burrito Bowl...Chips were mainly stale. smh There were a few fresh chips amongst the bag. My food was lukewarm not hot and most of the meat in the bowl was nothing but fat! So my bowl was more like a veggie bowl. Hardly any red or green sauce, which was put on top as well as sour cream. I prefer the locations that put the sauces in a separate container on the side. I haven't had Chipotle in years, Now I see why...I didn't think it would be hard to mess up a burrito bowl and a side of Chips. I wasted my money honestly. I expected fresh.

The chicken in my burrito bowl was woefully undercooked. There were "mystery" items in the bowl that I could not identify, I paid extra for express delivery, and it was still stone cold. This was my first experience eating from Chipotle, and will likely be my last. I was extremely disappointed.
