I dont understand how the food can be on point in the store but if you order pick up or delivery they screw it up so bad reliably. I ordered double steak, thats a $20 bowl through the app and it had barely any meat at all on it.

Ordered two entrees. Chicken salad had almost no lettuce to speak of with bowl less than half filled. Burrito bowl barely half filled also. I paid $14 for the Burrito bowl and $11 and change for a salad with no lettuce. Not happy.

Worst I have ever had. Chicken was cold fajita veggies were not cooked, and the rice was crunchy. Will never order again

The food was half the bowl, I got less rice toppings and chicken as I would normally do. I paid full price for something too little. Tried to call costumer service and they werent answering calls. I am disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

The chicken was big pieces and not cooked well and the food was too cold to eat. The bowl was half and not full like it used and I paid $20 for that food.
