the portion size is terrible for what you pay for. barely any chicken in the tacos for $14+. same story for the chicken burrito bowl. the bag was so soaked that it tore while the delivery guy was handing it to me. won't be getting food here again.

Missing Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, only got chips. by Burrito Bowl was missing sour cream, I had to search for the meat ( litterally 2 small chunks of barbacoa that was so salty and 2 small chucks of carnitas asked for black beans and got pinto beans. food was cold. I brought it in as soon as it arrived. I feel like like because it was the end of the night they just put in what they had amd sent it out. they didn't even bother to look at the request .

Overall good but I do feel like they could have included more meat since it's $2 more. Steak quality was very low.

The hard taco shells weren't crunchy at all because wet ingredients were all stuffed into and overflowing the tacos (instead of putting them on the side to add, which would be a better standard for Chipotle to have). Even if I had ordered soft flour tortillas they still would have been soggy tacos. AND the rice was put put first into the taco, which was weird. The meat should always be the first ingredient put in the taco when meat is ordered, but the steak we ordered was falling out of the top of the tacos. I usually get the build-your-own kids meal and that's great, especially for take-home/delivery and, in any case, most people like to put taco toppings on the base (usually meat base) so they can get the ratio of toppings they prefer. It's unlikely I'll order anything again for delivery unless it's a build-your-own menu item with all ingredients packed separately.

Normally I love Chipotle but what's happening with the meat inside the tacos. There is hardly any chicken in my tacos, they loaded it up with corn, cheese and fajita veggies like I wanted but barely any chicken.
