The black beans were mushed and thick . There was hardly any pico de gallo or corn added at all and my steak was over cooked and burnt. The food was also very cold by the time it got to me. Usually don't have this problem with Chipotle, everything is usually fresh but idk what happened today.

This has got to be at least HALF of the normal portions. Would normally be going in person if i wasn't under the weather. Not sure if its the company cutting down on costs or they just simply took less care if the order because it wasn't made in person?

My Burrito Bowl came with less than 10 pieces of chicken!! HORRIBLE! Same with the Three Tacos it maybe had 3 pieces of chicken in each taco? It was pretty much a taco of just toppings, no meat. Also missing the chips and the guac came half full and looks like the cup was smeared with someone's finger! I was starving and so excited to eat but ended up receiving such a horribly made order. So disappointing. Chipotle did me dirty!

I don't know why I went back and ordered pick up. Unless you go in person and order there you will get home and be disappointed at the small portion of food they give you. Like really! Four pieces of lettuce? 3 strings of carnitas and seems like they might even count the amount of rice grains. Wow!

I am beyond disappointed. There was no salsa, minimal beans, no sourcream, and more tortilla than filling.
A huge waste of money.
