missing ingredients in my Burrito Bowl plus it was full of beans and rice. meat only on one side. my Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa were cooked in old grease. they were brown as if they'd been overcooked, but they bent instead of crunched when I bit them and they were broken into tiny crumbs instead of regular chips I usually get.

Burrito Bowl wasn't filled as much as in the store.
Chips weren't salted much at all (their salt is what makes them good) and they had some soft, soggy chips mixed in with some crunchy and some kinda crisp ones.
I typically love chipotle, but for the money they charge nowadays and the small portion size and quality... it was mediocre.

My bowl is made so well I had to double check which store it came from! Normally I would give this store maybe a 7 but this is a ridiculously amazing bowl. Great size, everything is fresh. 10/10!! Thank you!

2 of the ingredients in the burrito bowl were missing (beans and fajita veggies), and the ones that were there were very small portions. I've gotten bowls before and this was half the amount of what is usually given. Really upsetting that I had to pay $24 with a tip for very little

Once again, Chipotle makes me regret ordering delivery. I was sent a Burrito that was somehow folded in on itself so that the entirety of the middle of the burrito was tortilla. The filling, the little of it that was there, was squished into the periphery. It was roughly the proper width of a burrito but around a third of the size.
This burrito was made so poorly that I literally cannot fathom it was not done purposefully. A $16 Burrito. Do you despise your customers? Do you have any quality control?
I will not order delivery from chipotle ever again. I will encourage anyone that will listen to me to avoid ordering delivery from chipotle.
