Order not prepared correctly. Bowl came with almost no rice, excessive sour cream, I tried to wipe off excess but still ended up wet/soupy esp without adequate rice. Chips had no lime or salt. Never had this issue before.

Always inconsistently. Consistently inconsistent. Chips overcooked, bowl filled with rice to disguise the lack of chicken. They do this on purpose to cut cost and boost their profits.

Inconsistent quality. Some days it's good, some days it the burnt chicken they had to scrape off the griddle. Why keep ordering here when you never know what kind of meal you're going to get.

Paid extra for the double chicken but did not get even the regular amount of food in the Burrito Bowl. The quality of food in a takeout is extreme disappointing for Chipotle. You have to stand there in the store and make sure they're putting enough food in your bowl.

barely a scoop of chicken Its only on 1 side in the corner as if they forgot to add it counted 9 pieces also received 3 raw green bell peppers as fajitas veggies very disappointing
