This was my first time ordering from Chipotle and I'm not impressed. The store is only one mile from me and yet the food is cold, the chicken is chewy, there's barely any rice and what little rice there is is clumped together. Glad I ordered a Side of Queso Blanco to add to this Burrito Bowl of blandness.

Guac is 3.60 extra and I got a tablespoons worth for my burrito bowl, plus the rice is hard and kind of crunchy. So I'm not satisfied.
This is more inconsequential, but I asked for utensils and didn't get any, so I had to go on a hunt to find some.

Not happy paid extra meat barely got any, huge chunks of steaks which is terrible shouldve been chopped down like previous, not very good an I've ordere plenty of times , tons of rice not enough sour cream

burrito bowl was good, $6 for chips and queso is expensive ESPECIALLY when you only get barely half of it

Love their Chips & Guacamole but opt for the bigger guac for sure. Also love the Large Side of Queso Blanco. Cant ever go wrong with getting the Burrito Bowl too. Always feels like more bang for your buck. And since you cant ask for an extra scoop of corn salsa I always get a side of the Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa to add to my bowl and then eat the bowl with the extra chips. Honestly, didn't even need the extra side of Chips but it never hurts to have a little snack for later!
