I tried my first bowl with sofritas. The staff at Chipotle on San Ramon Valley Blvd was very generous with the portion size. The food was warm and tasted fresh. Im thankful for the workers that provided my dinner.

This is the 3rd time we've ordered chipotle via DoorDash and had issues, with little to no resolution from DoorDash. Our order arrived this evening. Every bowl had clearly been tossed up and down on the car ride. My bowl was 95% correct, but did have an (unordered) large slice of red onion in it. My son is a very picky eater, and ordered a plain chicken and cheese burrito. When it arrived, it had a few random pieces of lettuce in it, with remnants of guacamole. Additionally it was the incorrect type of chicken. Lastly we did not receive the chips we ordered.
DoorDash offered a minimal refund, when all we really wanted was a new burrito and chips. Next time, we'll bypass Door Dash and order straight from the Chipotle app.

Quantity is so less. Hardly found few beans and sofeitas. Queso Chips & Queso Blanco looks like half full.
