Received half of the portion I would have received if I would have went to Chipotle myself. Quite disappointing and a waste of money.

Burrito Bowl was fine. It didn't seem like I had any sofritos in it tho. I looked before mixing and I expected more. I got a Large Chips & Large Guacamole because my son and I love to snack on these. The chips were stale. There was crunch and then a lot of chewing. We threw the chips out and used the side tortilla that I ordered to eat our Guacamole with. Disappointing to pay about $10 for a Large Chips & Large Guacamole and not be able to eat the chips.

I've gotten sub par meals from both Chipotle shops repeatedly including lack of seasoning/salt on the chips, but tonight took the cake. I had a Burrito Bowl that was HARD rice, cold, soggy, and it just tastes off. Barely any chicken either.

Hard rice, very little chicken. I asked for salsa on the side, it was in the bowl. It was extremly to hot because of all the sauce.Rice was a ball.

Portions were tiny, and the ratio of rice/guac/sour cream to chicken was an absolute joke. Every bite of this burrito was 95% rice and toppings with barely any chicken (not to mention the fact that I ordered DOUBLE chicken). This has been the second or third time happening to me when ordering from this specific chipotle. Every other one I have ordered from makes a better burrito than this store. I will NOT order from this store again and strongly recommend others to not waste your time and money ordering from here. By far the WORST chipotle I have ever had.
