My Burrito was wet. I cannot understand why Chipotle thinks wet burritos or soup bowls are ok. The bag was soaked. All my chicken was on one side of the burrito I almost thought there was no meat.
Stars are for the chicken. There was alot of chicken. The Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa always on point as well as the Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa.

My Burrito was put directly into the paper bag instead of being wrapped in the aluminum foil like it is supposed to. I had heard the issues with portion sizes for online Chipotle orders but at this point Chipotle is serving unsafe food.

It's true...DoorDashing Chipotle is consistently bad. Half portions of almost everything compared to in-person. Plus, paying $6 for extra meat when they just give you a normal portion is not right. I basically paid $18 for a bowl that is actually less food than a regular bowl.

If you order online, they will give you significantly smaller portions than is typical at any Chipotle where you order in person and watch them make it. This has happened to me several times now and with different menu items.

Order was missing an item and no utensils. I've had many bowls from other locations. The burrito bowl I got from here wasn't like I've had before. The meat was cold, dry, smaller than usual and with an inordinate amount of lettuce.
