I order from Chipotle all the time. They are always efficient and quick. It would be great if they allowed comments so we can customize the order a bit, like adding the salsa on the side instead of in the Burrito Bowl.

The rice was very hard. and the lettuce was kinda brown. I won't be ordering from here for a while. This is the third time my food from this location has been subpar. I threw most of the meal in the garbage.

Horrendous packaging. The tacos are all falling apart. Wrapped upside down so when I opened it the tortillas were holding nothing. Literally wasted the entire meal.
I have never had tacos packaged this way in person or to go. There was not even a bowl or plate with it.

The burrito was warm still when it got here but didnt have that much flavor and when I was about to finish it I bit into the end part of a lettuce which was hard and very disgusting when I spit it out

I ordered a sofrita bowl with white rice, it took me a long time to find white rice and sofritas in the bowl, they were both added in literally invisible quantities
